Performance Management Process Design
During our Performance Management & Goal Setting session in the Fall 2024 cohort of PLA, we had a lively debate about how to design our organizations’ performance management processes.

That discussion prompted the creation of this 1-pager outlining the pros/cons and estimated time commitment of various elements such as 1on1s, calibration, department-level goals, etc. Thanks VERY much to PLA cohort participant Marcele Kaite for her partnership in creating this tool. Your comments and shares are all appreciated!
