Crafting your CPO / CEO Relationship: A Structural Approach

The CPO/CEO relationship has the most dynamic potential of all organizational relationships, yet it's often mired in friction and can feel stagnant or stuck. In this session, we'll practice stepping out of the relationship to view it from a structural point of view, affording you the chance to imagine the relationship remodel you dream of, and to get tactical on how to break ground on it.

Bio: Andrew Molina is a leadership coach and facilitator, primarily working with start-up founders and executives. He holds a Masters in Computer Science, taught design thinking as a lecturer at d.school at Stanford, is a facilitator for the popular Interpersonal Dynamics course at Stanford's GSB, and is also a trained actor. This amalgam of hats enables him to translate across various microcultures in organizations, helping his clients develop greater empathy for themselves and their co-workers, ultimately increasing connection and effectiveness.
